New Horizons: like the dawn
Sometimes it is good to reflect on past progress and difficulties, with the explicit desire to broaden one’s horizons.
By the term broadening one’s horizons I imply a desire to broaden ones perspective of what is possible in the future, out of more narrow options considered from recent experiences.
Lets consider what I intend by the term horizon, with an ode to the dawning of the day:
I think of the Dawnwhere new indirect sunlight filters into the sky. Thats seeing the horizon, before the sun hits directly. The Dawn is on the horizon, and it provides the first signals of the sun to come.
What do I mean by this?
I think of the inspiration I get from the Pacific sun which fills my apartment at a great latitude of the Earth. I think about my capability to revisit old topics and make the most of it, by seeing the sun approaching before it arrives.
This blog has approx 40+ posts, and I want to keep it going, making the best of the new day.
